USAT Information - Kevin Mahan is a Level 2 USAT Certified Race Director, successfully completing educational training programs and continues formal learning of new safety and race management practices. Courses includes information on the latest in race directing methods, insurance/risk management trends, and USAT sanctioning compliance. Athletes should expect more from a Level 2 USAT Certified race director and Endurance Sports Management.
There will be USA Triathlon officials at many of our races to ensure the USAT Competitive Rules are properly enforced. The Competitive Rules are intended to provide for the orderly and consistent administration of events sanctioned by USA Triathlon and are not designed to establish standards of care for the safety of participants or other persons. Every participant, official, volunteer and spectator should consider all safety issues and make related decisions prudently without reliance upon the Competitive Rules. Earn free race credits by helping out at our events. Positions are available to meet almost any schedule. Just like when you race, the positions might require physical strength as well as the ability to work in a hot and humid environment.

Do you know of an ideal venue that would be perfect to host a new 5K/10K or Half Marathon? Do you have an idea for a new concept or themed race you think would be a hit with the local athletes? Do you have an inside connection at a high profile venue that you feel may entertain hosting an event? If so, we want to hear from you!

Event Team Member

Great opportunity for the weekend warrior. A part time position helping with the set-up, strike, and execution of our events. Positions are available locally with our Clermont events and with select out of town events. Work for $$$ or free race entry credit.
Event Team Opportunities – Swim/Bike/Run Course Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a Swim, Bike or Run Course Director for Endurance Sports Management Triathlons. This will be a contracted, paid position, reporting directly to the Company Director.
Endurance Sports Management can be your full service race management and promotions company focused on executing your event at the highest level. We are very flexible with our services and can do as little or as much as needed to make sure your event can be the very best it can be for your organization and community.
How Much? One of the major expenses of any race is the timing. We can time your race for a lot less than you think. For races with less than 200 runners, we have a flat fee. This can include timing chips, race bibs, finish line chute, clock, printed receipt of runner finish time, sound system for announcements / music & finish line arch.
